We sourced a number of quotes for a renovation needed to update the bathroom/laundry/toilet in the apartment of my ninety-year-old mother to a modern safe system for independent living.

Thierry was selected on the basis of his ability to understand the requirement and the perception that he was professional, experienced, competent and easy to work with.

The project had to operate unsupervised as I live in Sydney and my Mother moved out of the apartment for the duration of the renovation. This lack of supervision was a key concern.

Thierry executed the work to a high quality standard. He sourced all of the materials including tiles, fittings & toilet ware based on selections we made.

The project ran to schedule and although some variations were identified, the costs were within expectations.

There were two site meetings after the contract was signed, one at the start of the commencement of building work and one on completion of the works.

All other communication was via phone/internet with regular reporting and photographs of progress across the period of the renovation.

My mother is extremely pleased with the result and very happy with Thierry’s approach and work quality.

I’d be happy to recommend Thierry to successfully execute this type of project to other potential customers.

Thank you for sending photos, they will be great memory for us. Our bathroom, two toilets and laundry all have now been shining. Your choice of colour scheme is beautiful; I love it both up and down stairs. The bathroom is now what I had been dreaming for ages. The shower room downstairs is providing us great potential in value, nice and clean. The laundry chute, I am sure that everyone will envy It is too many things to mention.

Thank you again for your great work and managing the project, so that we did not need to be annoyed or bothered with workers or even each other We could enjoy just watching our dream been buit Jungo and I have been impressed that you have been so picky on be half of us to have everything in perfect state, also patiently listening to us and fulfilling our every little detailed requests. While the property is most impressive, I was even more impressed with the detailed 180 photographs I received on the progress of the on-going work that was taking place. As I live interstate this was excellent as I was able to keep up with the renovations remotely.
